Hi everyone, I've recently been in touch with Stepchange on the phone and given all my details etc. I recieved the personal plan email, but am unable to login to upload documents etc, as it's asking me for a password. I haven't set a password, and have asked for it to be reset numerous times, I've also emailed to ask. How do I get a password, would I have been told it on the phone? I can't find it in any of the notes I've made. Starting to panic slightly as I'd like to get it sorted asap. I also keep getting emails and text asking me to log-in, but I can't! Thank you for any help with this

Thank you, I have, but no response as yet - just wondered if I was missing something obvious!

There were two logins when I set mine up. The first was a login while I was setting the plan up which I think I accessed via a link from the email they sent. The second was a login on their website which needed the plan number and password and that only became active once the plan was set up. That was two years ago though, it may well be different now.
