I haven't used anything up recently but did put in an ELF order for a replacement for the primer I've been using from them as it is really good and also cheap.  However noticed that the small version I've been using is £5 for 15 ml and the larger size is £10 for 27 ml!  Should stick to buying the smaller ones in future as it's better value for money.

Good tip @ruby_eskimo - always good to compare how much you get!  I'll often find a similar thing with micellar water- you think the bigger one will be the better deal, but actually it usually isn't!

    UUs
    • Sample Sachet - Heimish All Clean White Clay Foam: Felt nice and smooth and foamy when washing face, but unsurprisingly for something with clay in, skin felt quite dry afterwards.  Wouldn't buy a full size.
    • sample sachet- Make Prem- Safe me. Relief moisture Cream 12:  Found this behind a now empty chest of drawers (packing for house move)- used up.  Don’t think I'd buy full-size, is nothing special
    • The Body Shop - Body Yogurt in Festive Berry:  woohoo, done!  This was a slog, but I did it!!  I actually grew to like the thinner consistency- it is indeed nice for summer and probs best not to try n use in winter like I was initially doing.  Don't like this particular fragrance though so that probably didn't help.  Would I buy?  Not sure, it's perhaps a little pricey for 200ml (£14.99)- but as a gift, sure, I'll take it!

    Finally have a UU

Soap & Glory Heel Genius Foot Cream: This has been a long haul product and felt like a slog to use up.  WIBA?  I don't know.  I've replaced it with TBS Peppermint Intense so we'll see how that goes.

So many things are almost done so hoping for a flurry next week!

    I like the new layout.

Wow, it's been a week in between UUS.

Today: Bare Minerals Pressed Mineral Veil powder.  I love this.  I think I have another spare in the stash.  Not sure what's happening with BM as their UK site still seems to be under re-construction.

I am still following the finish 25 and then buy something challenge and this is the 25th product.  I am also up to no 24 in skincare/bodycare etc although I don't think I have anything due to finish soon in those categories.  I think my KVD Tattoo Liner is coming to an end but will hang on until I see a deal and await the UU of the 25th item from the other list first.

I may be posting soon about make up items as all my base staples are getting low.

    UU

    • L'Oreal Infallible 24hr Freshwear foundation-Rose Ivory (60): HG, this is a great foundation.  Have the NYX to finish, and an Ivory one also, PLUS a rose ivory in stash…. Don’t need to be buying more right now!
Might be some more throw aways soon, been deliberating about some of my liquid lippies, a few are pre-pandemic, so I might bin, and rebuy just my faves I wear frequently (ie the more every day shades )

3 more UUS over the weekend and today:-

Amika Normcore shampoo.  This was lovely.  I have an Aussie bar to use next though that I took to Lanzarote with me.  When this is done I think I may repurchase the Amika one.

LUSH Squidward bubble bar.  Emma bought me this as a gift as I'm due to start a new job soon.  This was gorgeous.  I got three separate baths out of it.

Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue travel size.  I have another one in my stash.

Along this theme I cleared out the hair accessory draw and today have my hair up in a French pleat look that took seconds to achieve, adding a little hair fibre from the pot that is too light and so is being used up.  Delighted with the effect!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Updated PP List

    Carried forward:-
Percy & Reed Mirror Mirror Shine Serum
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
    Aloe Hand Cream
Garnier Body Lotion (the red one) DONE
    Be Well Shower Gel
    The Inkey List Retinol Serum

    Added:-
    Amika Soulfood mask
    Skinsense Retinol serum
Bath & Body Works Into the Night shower gel
Bath & Body Works Into the Night body lotion

    Added:-
    Marseille soap

UU Garnier body lotion.  I think this is a staple now although I am now using the Aloe hand cream as a body lotion as I don't like the smell on my hands.

I've added a bar of soap from Marseille into the Project as it's now at the stage where chunks are breaking off.

Finally have a few more UU's from the weekend:

The Body Shop Peppermint Foot Scrub: love this but every time I re-purchase, it's gone up in price.  Might pick up the Lush pumice scrub again as that was good too and lasted a while.

Soap and Glory Body Scrub: hated this, wasn't scrubby enough for me and just felt gloopy.  Oh and the scent reminded me of public toilets.  Not a great experience at all.  Have decided that I'm going to try and make my own body scrub as I love the Rituals one, which is just sugar and oil really, so have purchased some sweet almond oil, a citrus oil blend to add in and some raw sugar and will see how we get on.  Also have some glycerine around to add in if needed.

Bobbi Brown Skin Nourish Mask sample: managed to get 2 uses out of this and it was quite effective, especially after a day in the sun at the cricket (I did reapply my SPF religiously but still was a little pink)

Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray: love this, have replaced with the last one in my stash.  I usually buy the pack of 2 when they're on offer and it lasts me well over a year.

The Body Shop Coconut Hand Cream: really liked this, have lots of hand creams in the drawer so on to Neal's Yard Bee Lovely.

    UU

    • Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion 300ml:  Liked this, felt thick and soothing on the skin.  Have repurchased another Aveeno last month to replace this- it took longer than expected to use up the dregs.  Has been tipped upside down for about a month and still more kept coming out!
