TOUR DE FRANCE PRIZE DRAW 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the Tour de France 2023 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 30 June 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 7 August 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 10 August 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN or WINNER to 68555; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of £35,000 and a BMC package.

(i) £35,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £35,000 (thirty-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) BMC package

This element of the prize consists of a BMC package including the following:

· A Joule Bib short in Black and White (Men) in size XS, S, M, L, XL or XXL or Liana Bib Short in Black (Women) in size XXS, XS, S, M, L or XL at the winner’s choice (subject to availability); and

· Valent Jersey Dark Grey (Men) in size XS, S, M, L, XL or XXL or Alate Jersey Dark Grey (Women) XXS, XS, S, M, L or XL at the winner’s choice (subject to availability),

(together, the “Sportswear”);

· A Teammachine SLR01 bike (the “Bike”); and

· An e-voucher to spend online at https://www.adicta-lab.com/ against Adicta-Lab items only worth £500 (five hundred pounds) (the ‘voucher’). Please note that the value of any monetary balance of the voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The voucher must be used within twelve (12) months from receipt of the voucher. Please note that the voucher can be redeemed in a single or multiple transactions, up to £500 and within the validity period.

The prize provider of the BMC package will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Bike and Sportwear to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of winner contact, and will deliver the voucher to the winner via email within twenty-eight (28) days of winner confirmation.

The Bike element of the prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the Bike including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the Bike to the winner’s home address).

The Bike is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
