Credit Application after mortgage offer

Evening all,

I think I probably know the answer to this...but

Been issued a mortgage offer with TML, havent' exchanged or completed yet but in the final throes and we are anticipating exchanging in the coming week or so with completion mid July.

I am a ltd company director and my accountant is advising me to take out an EV through the business for tax purposes.

The car will be in the name of my ltd company but as part of the finance application they'll need to do a (soft) credit search on my personal.

Got a great deal which I'd like to lock in, but obviously feels risky with my mortgage offer and completion so close.

Are the lender likely to see any new search on my file, and could this in any way jeopardise my mortgage? Should I just hold fire until after completion and let the deal go?
