This is part rant and part advice request 😊
March 27 - I won a So Bomb DIY Rainbow Bath Bomb kit from The School Run ("TSR"). As part of their email, they mentioned "You will receive an email from the competition provider in due course requesting address details so they can send you your prize. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email in the next week".
April 6 - As it had been a week, I replied to TSR to say I had not yet received the email from the competition provider ("AS")
April 13 - No reply, so I politely chased TSR
April 19 - No reply, so I contacted AS to state I had yet to receive the email mentioned on March 27
April 21 - AS replied, asking for my address and that they will get it sent out ASAP. I responded the same day
May 12 - I contacted AS (and CC'd in TSR) to say nothing had yet arrived
May 18 - No reply, so I politely chased AS (also CC'd in TSR)
May 22 - No reply, so I contact TSR (also CC'd in AS) to say it had been almost two months and I am no longer receiving communication from AS
May 23 - AS replied (with TSR CC'd in) saying it was sent months ago, that they no longer have the bath bombs in stock and offered me an alternative. I responded same day saying that would be brilliant and thank you
May 23 - TSR replied saying they could chase AS and let me know if they hear anything
May 31 - Politely chased AS as the alternative had not yet arrived
Jun 7 - Politely chased both
Jun 14 - Politely chased both again, stating that I am aware it is a competition win, and I am grateful and happy that I won, but it has been almost three months since I first won and there has been an overall lack of communication
Jun 21 - Chased AS (CC'd in TSR) stating there had been no communication since May 23
It is now Jun 28. What do you suggest I do? Just accept the whole thing as a loss? It is not the end of the world, just disappointing.

It might be worth messaging them on Facebook

Companies are usually quite helpful with swift responses.
Good luck0 -
I wouldn't let it drop as a matter of principle0

You can complain to the Advertising Standards Authority who may be able to help you get your prize on your behalf. They helped me many moons ago when I won an iPod, but was sent a different, much cheaper prize instead.
The ASA enforces the rules on competitions:
https://www.asa.org.uk/advice-online/promotional-marketing-prize-draws.html
And they have an online form where you can submit a complaint:
