Why are you suspended and for how long?Masha_2 said:

That would depend on why I'd been suspended, but probably I'd be looking very hard indeed for another job elsewhere.

Suspension usually occurs to allow a thorough investigation into an issue. What are you alleged to have done (or not done) - and how long have you currently been suspended for? If it's something straightforward then it shouldn't be more than a matter of a few days, but if the issue is challenging and complicated where various witnesses need to be interviewed and data collated then it can be longer.1

I notified to acas, they advised to give them a deadline, I did and they recently offered a symbolic redundancy pay, telling me that a disciplinary will look bad on my records. I’d like a decision is made on that disciplinary process they know it was all false. I don’t want that in my records and don’t know what to do about it.

A false allegation, the meeting took place without a decision and was just told will continue be suspended until a decision is made, but nothing, the are reluctant on doing so after 2 months.Marcon said:

Yes, I am, but had some deductions done, also they don't want to send me my payslips.MattMattMattUK said:

What do you mean by "deductions done", are these correct adjustments to pay, or unauthorised deductions?Masha_2 said:

You are legally entitled to payslips, gently remind them of that.

If you are on full pay then sit back and relax, if they are happy to pay you to sit around at home then the onus is on them to do something.0
