Hi, at the beginning of November I bought some stuff from http://www.store2go.net/shop/plasticcanvasuk/ which amounted to nearly £30.
I never received any goods but they had sent me a confirmation email. I emailed them at [EMAIL="snowlover88@yahoo.com"]snowlover88@yahoo.com[/EMAIL] but received no reply. I emailed them at craftsunlimited@btinternet.com (that's where the nochex payment went) but still no reply. I phoned them on 01264 737587 but they don't answer.
I opened up a dispute with nochex but they can't get my money back and have been unable to contact them. Luckily I paid with Tesco credit card so I've written to them in the hope that they can help me. When I did a search on the telephone number it came up with a list of ebay stores that have now been removed.
Is there anyone else I can report this company to as I feel that it is just a moneymaking scam that I've fallen victim to.
