Starting process now for remortgage for December with Natwest. Is it normal to receive the offer but a Credit card needs to be cleared before completion? Do they need this evidence before they release the funds (additional borrowing).

Ok perfect, the debt isn't huge but broker thinks they will request it to be cleared or at least most of it.0
