I am conducting a survey to explore whether you'd be keen to try a "game" that tests your cognitive health and your current concern regarding developing dementia.

I would greatly appreciate your participation in this study as the information will be invaluable for my master's thesis. Everyone is welcome, and the survey should not take more than two minutes.
