    You would also need to consider if you will be enrolled into a pension scheme and make a contribution to that as well as the company doing so. Free money but takes some out of your pocket as well.

    i understand that, but 1,722 a month compared to the 1,500 i used to get is insane

    Not sure where you get the figure of 1500 from.  I can see you have got the 1722 by multiplying 430.69 by 4
    To get a monthly figure you need to multiply by 52 (strictly by 52 and a little bit but lets not get to complicated) then divide by 12
    If the 1500 is based on your actual net then this suggests some other deduction which you need to include in the new job calculation.

    1.500 is my main monthly wage from my last last job and thats from my wage slips,Currently i'm on agency

    What is the tax code used and are there any deductions that will apply to the new job?

    Earlier figures will be a bit out as standard tax code was assumed.  Is this extra for uniform allowance.
    By normal do you mean just tax and NI if so what were they and what was your monthly gross.
  • The only other deductions were for my nest pension,and 1400
