To get a monthly figure you need to multiply by 52 (strictly by 52 and a little bit but lets not get to complicated) then divide by 12
If the 1500 is based on your actual net then this suggests some other deduction which you need to include in the new job calculation.2 -

By normal do you mean just tax and NI if so what were they and what was your monthly gross.1 -
The only other deductions were for my nest pension,and 14000
