Hi, first time buyer here looking for advice. I have an AIP with L&C and they have sent me a conveyancing quote (photo attached)
Does this seem reasonable?
Thanks in advance for any help.

    What is the purchase price?
    Is it freehold or leasehold?
Is it a normal high street lender or a specialist/bad credit lender?

Just done a quote for a freehold £200k FTB purchase and the total was £1,297 inc VAT. No gifted deposit assumed.

It looks like they must be getting a kickback of about £300 on that.
The guys we use are coming back similar to kingstreet at about £1,250 and thats with them giving us £100 kickback.

I believe the correct term is 'Introduction Fee' ACG.

Lets leave the Kickbacks to Big Sam
