Hi all

basically, I got a low emissions charge, which got passed on to CDER. I phoned them up to make a payment arrangement. I was told I needed to pay it all in full. Which was impossible for me at the time.  They have increased the debt.  They sent an agent to my house as well. I can't afford to pay it off outright and I need my car for work. I was thinking of writing to them and requesting a payment plan. Does anyone know what I could do? Any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks

Sorry but we aren't able to help as this is not related to the forum's purpose - fighting private parking tickets. Looks like your issue is debt related, so I've reported your thread to the MSE admin team to relocate it in the appropriate sub forum. Good luck in dealing with the issue.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You need to obtain payment details from them, then pay what you can, when you can.

Bailiffs will always want full payment straight away, so there is little point trying to discuss the matter with them.

Is it possible to make payments on their website ?

If so, do that, don`t go cap in hand asking for this, that and the other, they won`t be interested, take the reins, and just pay when you can, and as much as you can afford.
