Tesco Text2Win prize problem

I've received a text from Tesco Text2Win & have won a £100 dining out e gift card. I sent an email to them at Food@tescoprizes.com on the 15th June but then received an email system error from BT saying it wasn't delivered. I've tried yet again so I hope it'll arrive this time as I only have until the 28th June to claim my prize. Has anybody else had the same problem please? I know I had a similar problem a few months ago but that was only a £5 voucher. Do you know if there's a telephone number I can contact them on as the only number I have is for shopping orders etc.

If you use social media, it might be worth contacting Tesco by messaging them on their Facebook page.
Companies are usually very helpful.

@tescoprizes.com is standard for almost all their competitions, the word before that identifies the specific one - so I doubt if it is a general issue - perhaps try a different e-mail provider to reply to them?
They do have a number for technical issues that is the same in all the ones I looked at 0333 3353351 M to F 9.30 to 5 they maybe able to help with a more appropriate number0 -
Lots of people have had problems not receiving e-mails from them across different services.

i won some Tesco vouchers for a Pepsi text comp a couple of years ago. Text said to respond to pepsi@tescoprizes.com they took a couple of days to respond. I still have their email, no telephone number.Try perhaps food@tescoprizes.com or going into a Tesco store and asking if they can help.0 -

Thanks everyone. I did ring the technical issue number which I found & a lovely man took all my details & said he'd contact the prize team. Within an hour I got a reply from Tesco stating that they hadn't received my email so I'm guessing it wasn't received yet again which is very strange but they've now confirmed that the prize company will send my prize within 28 days.
I'm sure it's BT that's the problem as I've had so many issues with them, particularly with certain NHS emails not being sent & ones which I receive from the NHS with PDF documents which won't open. BT always ignore me although they did actually accept a year or so ago that their tech team hadn't been able to sort out email issues for over two years. I told them they obviously need to find a better tech team!Positivity is the key to success4 -
