We had a pizza express exchange of vouchers on our card that had vanished. It was still valid until May 2024.   All our other vouchers and points are fine. I contacted them on messenger but they came back with because I’m not account holder they cannot deal with me for data protection laws.  It’s my husband’s account and we use same card number. He is too busy working and doesn’t like using phone.  There is only a phone number, no email contact.  Has anyone else’s rewards vanished? What did you do? Thank you.  Even if I phoned myself I would get same response as not account holder.  We have an old email that proves it was given but does not show up on our card in app. Thank you.

Can you log into your husbands messenger? That way they will ‘speak’ to him x

He doesn’t have messenger, only WhatsApp. He needs a more up to date phone.  I can see if he can download it, he does have a Facebook account but he never used it.

My grandad doesn’t download apps but still uses messenger on his pc with his fb account. Worth a try x

If you call them with your husband present they’ll get him to answers some security questions to pass verification then he can ask them to discuss it with you & they’ll be fine with that.
