Advice please - damaged prize

Hi all,
I recently won a prize from MadeforMums which included a rocking chair. It’s just arrived and the package is damaged and I can see the paintwork on the wooden rockers is damaged.

I just wanted to seek your advice, should I complain? I don’t want to seem ungrateful.

Send them photos of the damaged package etc. they can then claim for damage from the postal service, and see what they say or offer.Posting is a privilege, not a right.
