Thanks, it’s a pricey area I suppose, tbh after looking at another house in the same village we prefer the cheaper one, more suited to our needs and we would only need potentially £100k mortgage or the remaining mortgage on mine at £130k @1.54 could be ported over. We could pay that off within 5 or 6 years with overpayments I suppose.0

Or we sell one of the houses and just live in the other one, this would free up so much more money and give us the opportunity to maybe buy a holiday home or more holidays etc.0
