Can’t add NICs. Is it possible to make voluntary NICs in future years.

My wife is receiving her state pension of £186.39/week, she was 67 last year. She has 32 years of full contributions, the most recent missing year is 1995/6 so is unable to pay for any missing years. Can she make voluntary contributions for this tax year and subsequent ones in order to achieve a full state pension?

If she has no gaps post 2006-07 up to reaching state pension age then there is no opportunity to add to her pension.1
