    Great to hear that you've got a result and it's unfortunate that your buyer is asking for a reduction at this late stage.

    But given all the apocalyptic fear mongering going on with house prices and interest rates, lots of buyers are bound to get jittery when it comes close to a binding contract. 🤞 the chain holds.
  • Sorry for the random post 2 years later, how long did it take for them to come up with the response that as long as you can contest the charge they were happy to forgo the cap?
