Don't know anything about it and have had no letters etc . I suspect spam??

Sounds like Marstons have keyed in the wrong phone number.

If you haven't had anything by post, then ignore.

I'm calling scam.  If it were genuine you'd have received numerous letters before it got to the stage of instructing bailiffs.  And the grammar/spelling in that text you've quoted is highly unprofessional - always a sure sign of a scam.

You can`t have a warrant of control for a liability order, bailiffs don`t act on liability orders, they are used by councils to recover unpaid council tax without the need to go to court.

The phone number is bogus, and you must have 7 days written notice of bailiff attendance at your property to comply with the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.

I've got a text this morning I've no other form of communication eg no letter ether,

Phone the  number no response just rang and rang no answer phone then the number called back I missed it call back no.response again,then when the nu ber called for the 3rd time I picked up the male failed to tell me who it is after I asked who im speaking too gave him the ref number

and pulled up the account debt company was lowell and they have sold them the account and I have 3 days to pay the amount owed,

I've had no response notification from lowell saying that they have sold it to this company 

Obviously I need more then 3 days to raise the money which I know nothink about lol 

They then said there instructing agents and there going too drag me to court

Sounds like a scam. Bailiffs are only used well after a court case has found against you, even if it's council tax.

Can you actually retype the content of the text?
