I'm now over 10 months into my bankruptcy. I've not had communication with official receiver/IPA person/s since early April 2023. I'd hope to think this a good sign. I am now less than 2 months from discharge. To clarify I am not working currently, I am on a sick note, and I have not to date been told to sign up to an IPA,I was potentially being assessed to be going on an IPA from August last year up until March this year and since then I've not been in any employment at all. I'm going through a rough time indeed at moment.
The real question now is this; am I able to safely receive a small amount of money from a friend or family member and this isn't something that may potentially get me in any sort of problem or issue with official receiver? I'm thinking literally no more than £40 and probably as low as £25. The reason for this is I have run out of money and I don't get paid anything now until 16th June at least, or as late as 19th June. Is this something I should be careful with or will I be OK? Thank-you.

I would say don`t overthink things, a few quid for day to day living expenses are fine.
£1000`s of pounds that can`t be accounted for may be a different story, but no one will be looking at your bank account.
