    Thank you! I have just called my previous line manager. I asked when will I receive the documents and minutes from the disciplinary? His answer was he spoke to the hearing manager on 06/06 and he is just waiting on the notes to be finished and then they will be sent to you but he is on annual leave the rest of this week so I couldn’t imagine them being sent to you this week. My response was how can the notes not be complete when the disciplinary meeting has finished and the outcome has been given, how can there still be notes that needed adding? He said he would look into it and let me know by the end of today. Again just doesn’t sit well with me he asked for my personal email address at the end of the disciplinary hearing and said he would send everything over that day and this was 02/06.

    In that case, send a letter or mail stating that you are giving them notice of your intention to appeal but that you are unable to provide further details until you receive the formal letter and other documents .
