Morning All
Thanks for the start nmlc, enjoy your half day.
Still warm but not sunny yet, the sunshine didn't make an appearance yesterday until about 5pm but it was still warm and dry.
Belated birthday wishes to you Nanny.
Hope your foot is healing Ruby.
Poor little one dp1, hoping she feels better today.
Feel better soon Coxy.
Enjoy your travels Scarlet.
I'm getting a break from the office today and going with a class to the park for an hour or so, quite looking forward to it as they are a lovely class and it's the last trip out for the teacher as she's retiring at the end of term.
Took 4 bags to the charity shop yesterday, culled the wardrobes of clothes I haven't worn in a while - the house feels so much lighter!
Everything back in the right place on the decking, hopefully the bin screen will arrive soon. Also got the grass cut before I ran out of energy and had an early night!
Hope you all have a good day, take care. XX8 -
Morning everyone another overcast day we have lost any signs of summer didn’t make it to WW last night hubby wasn’t very well I think it was just a combination of physio and the pain killers he’s on knocked him sick but he’s alright this morning I will have to be extra good this week. Camelot I know what you mean about the house feeling lighter I can’t stand clutter and hubby is a hoarder if he can get away with it I’m always clearing stuff out hope you are feeling better soon Coxy and I hope the little one is on the mend scarlet enjoy your travels . Good morning, thanks for starting NMLC.Yet another grey start here, though It's not quite as cold. Yesterday was ridiculously cold, I put a pair of gloves on when we went out last night. At least when we go over to Liverpool on Friday it'll be warmer.Sorry to hear your dgd hasn't been well again DP1.I love taking bags of stuff to the Cs Camelot, trouble is I sometimes buy things while I'm there. Though I rein myself in these days, our Australian trip is costing quite a lot and i need to economise. Any summer things I need for Australia I'll buy in our end of summer sales (or in the chazzers!)We had a laugh yesterday, Dh tried on a pair of trousers he hadn't worn for ages and they are now a size too big, he looked so funny in them, They can go the journey today, pity, they're still a nice pair of trousers. You're busy as usual Izzy, hope your hub is still doing well.Good to hear from you Coxy, sorry about your loss of taste, awful isn't it.Glad your foot is on the mend Ruby.I know i've missed people out, sorry about that.Wishing everyone well though, and thinking of the Snoozers and others who aren't well.Take care folks.11

Looks to be another nice day, yesterday I took my clients for a 3 mile walk around the woods and we stopped and visited a memorial garden and looked around a lovely old church we then got a drink in a cafe and came home, we sat for a while having a cool drink and all three of them fell asleep 😂😂 I must have worn them all out !
Off to collect my private client today and take him to work, will pop in and get some shopping and his small bag of sweets on the way home.
Dinner tonight will be fish and veg for me and OH will have a pizza, dd is out for dinner so no need to cook for her.
DP1 I hope little one feels better soon xx
Scarlet have a great time xx
Camelot you have worked so hard your garden must look lovely xxx
Have good days all and take care xx9 -
Morning all, a grey cool start to the day, wish I'd put gloves on walking the dog Scarlet! Thanks nmlc. I was up early due to restless pooch so I'll probably fall asleep watching tv tonight.Izzy you make me feel tired just reading about your whirlwind activity, glad DH is feeling better this morning.Have a good break carolb!Belated birthday wishes Nan.Hope little one is feeling a bit better dp1I am catching the early bus to go swimming-didn't go last week due to half term. I'll take my library books back while I'm in town too. I must have a root in the freezers for something easy for tea as we are back to school pick ups. We may be later back due to traffic- there is a big Pink concert at the football stadium tonight and tomorrow so we've been told there may be disruption!Hope everyone can have a good day x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. Morning folks. After a decidedly cool Tuesday today is already feeling much warmer.I wasn't very productive yesterday and only went out when my cleaner came. Another small washing load was done, I sorted out a banking issue and then, on a whim, booked a ticket for Strictly Ballroom for the Saturday matinee. I wasn't going to bother but then read a brilliant review yesterday which changed my mind. I can get there and back without staying over as I'm reluctant to spend time away from home during this great weather. After my time in Seoul I'm appreciating country life much more even if the bull is bellowing loudly not 50 feet away from me. 😅
Today I've got a neck and shoulder massage booked, it'll be so good. The massage gun is very effective and I use it every day. That, combined with the all the exercises, is making a difference to me. 😇
Talking of exercises, it's time for them. I hope that all our poorlies or those looking after poorlies are doing well. Happy Wednesday to all.8 -
Morning... We have cool and windy weather today although the app does say it's supposed ot be 22 later on. No plans again today, gardening, I do love a potter, and something to cook for tonight, freezer rummage time, possibly pork chops and risotto, and a friend coming round later on to distract her from her moggie surgery [not major, a tooth out] . All the nigella have suddenly opened in the front garden so it's a sea of blue. Very pretty.Camelot, enjoy the park
Izzy, now I'm looking at the dust ont he top of the computer and feeling slovenly
Ruby, yes, I imagine you did, but they enjoyed themselves..Rosy, enjoy your swim..Gers, good to hear you've found some physical improvement. Take care all, wrap up warm!!

Morning everyone
Seems quite cool today and a bit of a breeze. our sun seemed to disappear when I said to DD that little one would need to start taking sun cream and a hat to nursery!
Thanks for good wishes DD says shes ok apart from spending too much time in the loo, bless her. She's going to drop her off for a couple of hours this afternoon for a couple of hours with me. I don't expect she'll be back at nursery till next week.
I'm going to go down to mam and dads for a cuppa this morning and then walk along to Asda to post a parcel and get a couple of things that weren't available to add to my Tesco order, which will come this afternoon. They had no eggs or tomatoes.
Ruby - you made me smile picturing your 3 clients fast asleep. They mst love spending the day with you.
Camelot enjoy your trip to the park.
Better get on - I hope everyone has a good day today x9 -
Morning all and thanks for the start nmlc x
Another WFH day today - I'm going in tomorrow for a Team Event. I have organised the venue and the catering, so I'm hoping it'll be okay! Not that I can taste or smell anything still. Think it's sinusitis as my head is aching too, so I'm taking pain relief.
It's our wedding anniversary today - 26 years. In true MSE style we are getting the train to a neighbouring town and having a meal out with a voucher we received for Christmas from the ILs so that will cover it! #cheapdatesrus
Enjoy your day out @camelot1001
Happy travels @carolbee x
Hope DH is okay @IzzyBee x
Have a good day all
