Greater Anglia summer "Hare Fare" Sale. Day returns: £5-£20 adults, £2 add on tickets for children

Greater Anglia is having a sale for off peak leisure travel again this summer.  "Hare Fare" sale

Day returns from £5 (wholly outside London), or £10-£20 from London depending on distance.  Children £2 each with an adult.

No railcard discounts (including GA Club 50), no London travelcards (unsure about plusbus), journeys wholly within London zones excluded.

Only on the Greateranglia.co.uk website.

No limit on the number of tickets that can be bought, 

Tickets on sale from today (6th June) until 26th June 2023, for travel between 6th June and 7th August 2023.

Note that for some of the longer journeys (e.g. London-Norwich) the hare fare may be less expensive than an advance single.  The hare fare is sold as a return, the conditions of travel say you should use the return portion but it is not always possible for Greater Anglia to detect if you have used the return portion as not all of their stations have fare gates.  Make of that what you will.
