If the value of the estate/property the deceased left behind is under 80k.
Do you still need to declare or do the IHT forms before a probate could be applied for?
Because on rhe probate form it's asking whether IHT forms have been completed and need to be attached to the form before applying for probate. As there wasn't any wills.
