Debt management plan and mortgage

Hi,
I recently signed to go into a debt management plan temporarily as I wanted to take accountability and make sure my bills and debts were paid on time each month. I say temporarily as I currently own a flat which I’m selling so once this sells, I was going to use the money from the sale to pay off the debt managment plan, I’m hoping this will happen before the end of 2023 and then I can buy my own flat. My question is, as I’m on a debt management plan which I should be on for only 6 months, maybe less, and I want to buy a flat next year for me to move into, what is the likelihood that I’ll be accepted for a mortgage?
