Court Service Pension

Hi I left the court service in 2000. I contributed to a pension whitest I worked there. I am trying to trace it but I’m having no luck. The civil service keep sending me the same standard ‘how to find your pension’ reply all of which lead me to contact the civil service again. Has anyone had this problem?
