Holiday Prize Terms and Conditions:

Economy class flights available from London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guests must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; Stay must include a Saturday night; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; Accommodation is based on 2 x adults sharing a double/twin room; Hotel accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; All prize elements are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; Activity allowance is provided to the total of £150 (£75 per person) and can be selected by the winner. If the winners choice of activity exceeds the allowance provided then the winner will be responsible for paying the excess. If the activity is less than the allowance provided the remaining funds will be lost. Multiple activities cannot be booked. Winners must show proof of age with valid identification, such as a driving licence on arrival at the beach club; The dinner allowance is provided to the value of £150 and will be sent to the winner via bank transfer prior to the winner's departure. If the dinner exceeds the allowance the winner is responsible for covering the excess. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; The prize cannot be taken from 22nd December to 02nd  January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the UK and or destination country or over Easter Sunday; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; The prize excludes travel from the winner’s home address to departure airport, meals and drinks (except where specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 70 or over; Any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests; If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel. The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing or other expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd.
