Request CCA after Defaults Drop Off

Hi, ive got around 11 defaults due to drop off in 2025, all will still have a balance to pay which i will continue to pay.
Ive heard that i could request the CCA from the original lender, and if they cant provide this the debt is not enforceable, is this correct? thank you.

Yes it's correct - request from whoever now owns the debt
