I make sweet potato, spinach and pepper curry or quorn chicken terakyi quite often and freeze the leftovers for lunch or dinner on another day.

Cauliflower cheese is a good standby to have in the freezer and can be made into pasta bake as an alternative by adding other ingredients you have in the fridge already.

Curries, chilli, stews, lasagne are great for making in bulk and freezing in portions.  Just take a different one out each day so you get a variable menu over the week.

Have a look at the this thread:  https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6356309/could-we-start-a-meal-plan-thread-again-so-its-not-lost-in-the-gc#latest where lots of people post their menus for the week.  You may get some ideas from there.

And bolognaise can be changed up for a few meals… spag bol, shepherds/cottage pie, add beans and chilli for a chilli, put into red peppers and baked topped with cheese
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
