E-Voucher offered in error

Options
I was offered a £100 e-Voucher by John Lewis via a sales confirmation email with a purchase of a TV, but they now say it was offered in error and won't honour it as the TV purchase did not warrant the e-voucher. Where do I stand on this.

They offered it error so that’s that.

Not sure what you mean by where do you stand? They offered it, it was an error. End of sadly.
