I am curious to know if it is possible to find how much a house was listed for vs how much it sold for. Does anyone have any advice on how to find/ if this information is possible to find online?

Here is a link to tell you how find a property for example on Rightmove or Zoopla which is not listed anymore. Read this article all the way through and then you can test it in google to hopefully find the results you are looking for propcision.com
You can then use www.houseprices.io or the land registry at www.gov.uk/search-house-prices
Bear in mind if the house has just been sold it can take up to a year to show up on the land registry.

Sorry the first link is wrong. Just google "see old listing on rightmove" and click on the first result.ItisHappening said:Here is a link to tell you how find a property for example on Rightmove or Zoopla which is not listed anymore.
