According to my online NI record, I have
  • 33 years of full contributions
  • 7 years to contribute before 5 April 2030
  • 11 years when you did not contribute enough
Does this mean that I need to contribute 11 years to get a full state pension ?
I will be 67 in 2030.
I have 33 years of contracted out credits
I was not credited for 10 years (2011 - 21) due to low income !!
I am getting credited for the remaining years (2022-30) - ie) 8 years - but will I receive a full/maximum state pension based on 41 years credits ?

Without saying what your state pension forecast actually says, who knows?

My state pension forcast is just £158
it was £144 but I was credited with the last 12 months based on an empty ESA claim

We need more than that, what exactly does it say including any COPE figure.

No idea - the online version fails to go in to detail
I will ask for a state pension forcast from HMRC

I believe COPE = Contracted Out something something (pensionable employment?).  So when you weren't contributing at the same rate due to being in a workplace pension.

The on line version goes into boringly infinite detail, far more than you get from a written forecast.  The below information, all available from your on line forecast and on line NI record, tells everything you need to know about your pension entitlement and what you need to do to improve it.
Current £££.pp amount accrued up to April 2022 (or 2023 as some have been updated)
Number of pre 2016 NI years full
Number of post 2016 NI years full
Tax year you reach state retirement
Any COPE amount shown, in a click link in "You've been in a contracted-out pension scheme" if there is one.
Years which show not full and prices
Are you currently in receipt of benefits ?

Why not simply post the whole forecast?

You have come here for some help, why not help the helpers 😊

Sorry I am not being awkward but my NI record only has years credited on it NOT COPE or similar

You need to look at your pension forecast.  Part way down is a heading that will say that you contributed to a contracted out pension scheme with a link that will take you to your COPE figure.

It's your  State Pension Forecast details we need not your N. I. Contributions.
