Good morning
I have a chargeable gain of £10,000 on a disposal in February 2023 (year end 30 June 2023) - is it all taxed at the old rate of 19% as that is the date of disposal or the new rate from 1 April 2023 of 25% or is it spread? I think it's the latter but I can't find anything.
I am trying to set aside the tax.
Thank you.

I found it - the gain is spread. Great - more tax. https://www.hazlewoods.co.uk/news/tax-update-corporation-tax-rise-and-the-timing-of-transactions0
