hi
i have been watching nigellas express series on tv and liked the look of the ginger gammon she did on it. i remember that she cooked the gammon in ginger ale and put ginger marmalade on top when it was finished off in the oven but i can't remember what other ingredients went in with the marmalade.
please help as i've bought the ginger ale and marmalade and really would like to do it for boxing day
many thanks mary
