N245 form help - not enough space for debts

Hi all,

wondering if anyone knows if I can enclose a separate sheet listing debts with the N245 form (I can not afford the payment the court has asked for)

There is only space on the form for 3 debts and unfortunately I have a lot more. It also asks what i am paying monthly to the debts but I am in a complete rut and behind with everything and not paying. I am going to go through step change and start to get this mess sorted, i can't apply for breathing space as I have already done that earlier in the year

Your N245 needs to show that your income exceeds your expenditure by the amount that you are offering to pay the creditor with the ccj.

To that end it may be that you should show no other debts and no payments going to them.

If you do show payments going to non-priority debts that do not have a ccj, then the ccj creditor may argue that you are prioritising your payments wrongly.

Be smart and make the facts fit what you are trying to achieve, which I assume is an instalment order
