Council tax rebanding help needed

I live in a purpose built semi-detached wheelchair accessible bungalow in a cul de sac. All of the buildings on this road but one I am attached to are houses, and even the one I am attached to are 3 or 4 bed. I am the only 2 bed on the street. We are all band C except 1 3 bed which happens to be band B. There are no other bungalows or a similar size or age for miles for me to compare. The next nearest semi or terrace bungalows are in band B or band A. As mine was built in the 1990s, there's very little to compare to.
How can I provide evidence based this that I have been unfairly banded? All of the 1930s homes on the main road we come off of are all 3 bed and all band A so none of it makes much sense.
Based in England.

Just use the Band A and B bungalows. It isn't necessarily the number of bedrooms which is the basis for comparison but the overall size of the dwelling. Are the 1930s Band A houses, council built as this would explain the apparently low banding. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

The size difference is considerable. I cannot find anything comparable, to be honest, and yes they are council-built and still council owned.0

I'm sorry but if you can't find anything to back up your claim, then it is going to be very difficult to get a band reduction. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Further thoughts.
You didn't say if you have a valid appeal outstanding or you were out of time an just seeking a band review. If the former, you will be able to see the evidence the VOA will be using to justify the band.
As I suggested earlier just use the Band A and B bungalows, if there is nothing else, then that is it.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
