Tax Rebate Help Please

in Cutting tax
Hi,
Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place.
I have received a letter from Rebate Gateway about a tax rebate.
I have looked into the company and read some posts on here about them.
I really need some advice about claiming this rebate myself but I do not understand how to do this.
The letter says the rebate is to do with my IVA company and rebates paid to them as a result of mis-selling of financial products to me.
Can anyone advise me on what I can do or where I can go to for help?
Thank you

Obviously you can make your own judgment but why pay a company who will take 46.8% (including VAT) of any monies that they may obtain when it can possibly be done by yourself?

Hi,
I have looked at the link (Thank you) for tax refunds and I really do not understand any of it.
Obviously I would prefer to claim this myself and not pay a company almost half of anything I should receive.
I just have no idea how to do this.
