The prize of a ‘Full Smile Makeover’ is for complete dental treatment subjective to the winners dental health and desired outcome up to the value of £10,000. This will cover all treatment necessary including, but not limited to, teeth straightening, teeth whitening, dental fillings, cleaning, composite bonding, root canal, crowns. Dental implants are not included in the prize. Additionally, if the entrant dental requirements exceed the total amount of £10,000, they will be liable to pay for the additional costs. Terms and Conditions: This competition closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 6th June, 2023. 

1. The prize of a ‘Full Smile Makeover’ is for complete dental treatment subjective to the winners dental health and desired outcome up to the value of £10,000. This will cover all treatment necessary including, but not limited to, teeth straightening, teeth whitening, dental fillings, cleaning, composite bonding, root canal, crowns. Dental implants are not included in the prize. Additionally, if the entrants' dental requirements exceed the total amount of £10,000, they will be liable to pay for the additional costs.

2. Space Dental will not cover or reimburse any travel costs incurred when attending any appointments or visits to the practice, this is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and not covered in the prize.

3. Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Space Dental (known simply as 'Space Dental') of International House, Wakefield WF2 8EF, registered company under number 12325604.

4. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

5. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary

6. Space Dental will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8. Space Dental reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

9. /Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of Reach plc, Space Dental, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

10. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

11. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Space Dental may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.

12. Space Dental reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

13. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within seven days of the prize draw or competition ending.

14. The winner will receive further details of the prize via email after the closing date.

15. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of being chosen and must provide their details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond  within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Reach plc Space Dental will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

16. Once the winner has responded to the notification, they will have up to 2 months to attend their initial consultation, once they have attended the initial consultation they will have 3 months to begin treatment otherwise they will forfeit the prize. 

17. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. However, the prize can be transferred to another party subject to suitability. Space Dental reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Space Dental's control makes it necessary to do so.

18. The decision of Space Dental regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

19. Space Dental reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, Space Dental, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Space Dental, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

21. Space Dental is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Space Dental's Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://spacedental.co.uk/privacy-policy-cookies/

22. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Space Dental or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. Additionally you will be required to participate in any promotional content created after the prize is announced, this will include, but is not limited to, a series of videos documenting your journey through the smile makeover process.

23. All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

24. Space Dental reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.

25. Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
