Natwest - opps something has gone wrong during application

Hi, has anyone had any problems regarding the Natwest app and online banking during any sort of application? 
After being pre approved for a loan and after receiving the loan explained email, the screen loads for almost a minute then sends me to the "opps something has gone wrong" page, with a link to restart the application.
This is the same on the app, browser with and without private browsing - I just cant get past this past of the process. Has anyone ever encountered this issue before? I've never had this issue in the past.

  • I'd personally try the following:
    • Switch off VPN and try again (if you use one)
    • Completely clear all history on the browser and try again (clear everything: cookies, search history, active log ins etc)
    • Wait at least 24 hours and try again (might be the website)
    • If all the above hasn't worked, then open the web chat (get through the silly robot to a human and explain all to them)
