Help to buy isa

My daughter has a help to buy isa (3.25% - Nationwide) She currently saves £100 per month into it and has a current balance of £5200.00
Her current annual salary is £25k
She is unlikely to be in a position to purchase a house for the foreseeable due to deposit required vs income.
Question: is it best for her to keep on paying into the help to buy isa, or put the £5200 into a fixed rate savings of 2 years, then review.

@Earl_Grey1 Unless I’m missing something obvious, as long as you expect to be an FTB at some point in the future, and you’re under 40, you shouldn’t even be thinking about moving the cash to a plain savings account for 1-2% extra interest.Any higher interest you might earn will more than easily be dwarfed by the govt bonus on offer in a LISA.It might be worth reading up on this MSE article answering the question of what to do with an H2B ISA and whether it’s worth transferring it to a LISA, pros and cons, etc.
