I would recommend speaking to a broker and finding out what exactly is causing issues because you have multiple different threads referencing multiple applications with different lenders, which could be doing more damage than good. Just sit down with a broker and be totally honest about everything and I’m sure they’ll be able to get this all sorted for you!COYI123 said:

Presumably the DIP output is lower than that of the affordability calculator based on the same inputs?
Have you had a look at a credit file? Any closed finance agreements still appearing to be open?
