Halifax Self-Employed timeline?

Hi everyone, does anyone know the indicative timeline for a Halifax mortgage offer for a self-employed/director mortgage?
My timeline so far is:
11.05.2023 - DIP
12.05.2023 - Full Application (Direct) & Documents uploaded
15.05.2023 - Valuation Booked
16.05.2023 - Valuation Done and came back as needed additional documents for property
The “Income and Commitments” section is still showing as pending as of today 18.05.2023
What were everyone’s experiences with Halifax? Found the valuation surprisingly quick but the docs verification for self-employed income by underwriting seems slower than employed applicants. Can’t help but worry at this point!

@ab1320 Halifax is as fast as it usually is.
Some SE apps (especially ltd co ones) can be referred for full underwriting which can add a few days to the timelines but it's nothing to worry about by itself as long as the app meets criteria and the numbers add up.
Good luck, hope the offer comes through soon!AB1320 said:Hi everyone, does anyone know the indicative timeline for a Halifax mortgage offer for a self-employed/director mortgage?
