Trying to sort out my dept problems and looking for a loan. What does it mean by 'defaults over £1000?' Does it mean the total debt was over £1000 or that the amount by which you defaulted was over £1000?

No idea but it is NOT a good idea to borrow to try and get yourself out of debt. Instead post your SOA and soon there will be loads of debt busting ideas winging your way.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0
