Letter from the insolvency service

Hi all
I received a letter from the insolvency service informing me that there remains a surplus of funds in the account and that they will be returned to me. They are asking for my driving licence or password and a utility bill. I was declared bankrupt 12 years ago and I am no longer bankrupt. is this a scam or is it genuine?

What is the address on the letter? Is it possible to put a picture of it on here with the personal information blanked out?0

That all looks in order. The e-mail is @insolvency.gov.uk which is correct and the postal address is in the correct form - there are lots of different ones for different departments but all are B2 postcodes where their offices are.
