Nectar not crediting points

I've had this a few times from a Sainsbury Local rather than a big supermarket.
I just chase them up on their chat page and usually have the points a few minutes later.  Occasionally some bonus points.
Once or twice I've been told 28 days, but moaned that they won't go on and I'm being fobbed off, and they went on that day.

Generally, the offer stays on your app as well, so you can get the points twice if you buy the item again and it works.
