Hi, my colleague who has 2 jobs and earns less than me overall has been taxed more than me by about £200 and with a different tax code 63T. Can anyone advise if he has paid too much tax and what his code means? I have one job with the regular 1257L tax code.

He must have a code number for his other job.
How are both code numbers made up- what are the figures of allowances etc for both.
Without knowing all his financial circumstances no one can advise.
if he wants to query it he should contact HMRC and discuss it with them.
