Hello everyone , just put an application in with NatWest , was wondering how long the wait is till an offer normally gets offered just from experience of yourselves if anyone has used them before ? Thanks for the replies in advance !

We normally get from app to offer in two weeks or less. We have everything the lender might request before we submit the application so we are ready to respond as soon as a request arrives.
It can depend on surveyor availability. If you get a quick valuation appointment, the above should be achievable.I am a mortgage broker.
