Hi,
anyone had any issues with kent reliance initially granting a mortgage offer, offer expired and refused extension (think because interest rates rose since my first offer).Second application paid for and submitted and valuation has come back as £0 despite initially not having any issues.

It’s a new build and the first offer was given before it was built, now it’s built this happens. Anyone experienced the same and been successful in appealing it?
