Survation Panel - Help!

At the end of March I redeemed a £25 reward from the Survation Panel and received an email saying that I would be contacted again when my reward was ready. I hadn't heard anything at the end of April, so I tried emailing the panel email listed in the site's help section but didn't hear back (I got an 'out of office' reply' from a Survation staff member but no follow-up email was sent). I then used the contact form on the site's help section but haven't heard anything using this method either. Does anyone have any other suggestions of how I can chase up my missing reward? There are some further email addresses/phone numbers listed on the website but these are not for panelist members.

    Are they on social media?

They're on Twitter and it shows options to contact them by DM, email or phone (same number as the general enquiries one on their website) - although it also shows that the office is closed over the weekend and opens again at 9am on Monday.
I'd suggest trying any of those, plus the panelist email again, but only during typical office hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Probably no point sending them a regular message on Twitter because their Replies tab doesn't seem to contain any customer service replies. And even if that phone number isn't really meant for members, I think it would be fair enough to ring it if you still don't get anywhere with the other options.

Thanks both - I don't use Twitter or any other social media but I'll try emailing again during their office hours.

  • I haven't been paid either and they still expect me to complete surveys!  I will keep trying for a while but then I will have to cut my loses I suspect. Be warned.
