Credit card debts gone from credit report

Hi, my 2 credit card debts disappeared from my credit report 5 years ago. I have been paying £5 per month to each of them ever since 2012. Sometimes I paid more if I could afford it. One of the debts has now gone to Drydensfairfax solicitors, as they say I didn't respond to a letter asking me to update my situation. I didn't think it necessary as I'm now in a job with less pay.
Step Change say both my debts are now Statute barred, is this correct? They've given me a template letter to fill in and send to both creditors saying the debts are statute barred.

Thanks.
